I'm a 17 year old, ever-so-slightly obsessed Bowie fan.
I'm rather cynical and have many irrational fears.
Favourite songs either mirror my cynacism (Working Class Hero, genius, Career Oppertunities, not far off ), provide escapism (Five Years, its Bowie, thats enough for me, Vicious, it's just so damn catchy, Sweet Thing/Candidate/Sweet Thing, a-bloody-mazing), or have some other special quality (Herion, the best song I've heard that merges music and words to create something beyond both mediums and Rebel Rebel because it reminds me of HER).
Shakespeare's amazing (damn those foolish cynics, for proof read speeches such as "All the world's a stage" Because it is so damn true and always will be), what I've heard of Marlowe is about as good and Wilfred Owen is wonderful too.
I've never been quite sure if the "In Love" option means in a relationship or just "In Love". If it's the latter then I most definately am.
Idiots annoy me, as do people who are full of themselves.
I write pretty depressing poems, but hey, thats life baby.
On and if anyone has an icon with burning roses on it, I'd love one for his page, so could you let me know.
(As a metaphor for me cynicism)

LdyBrknWing on March 6, 2005Hey ziggy! I stopped by your page today, and noticed that you were asking for an icon for your page of a burning rose. I don't know whether this will help or not, but I found two pretty cool pictures of burning roses. Here's a link, if you'd like to check them out. (They appear; one on the top row of pictures, to the far left, and the other is on the third row, I think, on the far right.) If they're not what you had in mind, that's cool; just thought I might try to help out! pictures.ask.com/pictures?q=burning%20rose Later
