My name's Tatiana and I'm 17 years old. Nature is so beautiful. I'm in awe of it all. I play tennis. Tennis is my oxygen, my stress relief, my everything. It has saved my life. I love music. I'm a senior in high school right now, but I am taking college classes through a running start program we have. After being a Christian for 5 years I began questioning my faith and I am now an agnostic. In reference to my "love" poems, I felt like I knew what love meant once. Now I know what true love is, and now I know that love doesn't have to be romantic love to be real and pure. That's about it. Essence of Tatiana. : )

Creed on August 11, 2006Hey you commented on one of my poems and had a mix up with the line "forever scaring once was" I was trying to say that because of what was happening, the speaker, was being changed by the experience in a negetive(sp) way. Hundreds of small tears in their heart to be covered by a scar till their heart became nothing but a hard unfeeling thing. I hope that line is written in such away to convey this thought. Thanks for the comment!

scorpio rising on July 22, 2006Langston Hughes is one of my favorite poets too! I first heard of him when I was about your age, in a book called "Black like Me" I truely can't believe that you are only fifteen. Keep it up! You know what you want and have a very intelligent mind. Your determination reminds of a close friend of mine. I wish you all the luck and hope all your dreams come true. I'm sure they will!

yellowsub on July 17, 2006Ha. Yes. 15. Might as well be 14 though. My birthday was only a month ago. Thank you for the comment either way. One of my favorite compliments is to be told I seem older then I am. Sometimes I think I want to grow up too fast, but other times I get annoyed when I'm too wrapped up in typical teenage things. I'm coming to a healthy balance though. And look... I'm rambling! Well! Have a nice night!
