God is awesome! Did you know that? He is truly amazing and He never ceases to blow my mind. Just when i think i have it all figured He shows me that I've barely scratched the surface. He is faithful. He promised to never forsake us... ever!
As for poetry, well, I write alot of free verse, but occasionally I'll throw in some form. I really like sonnets
even though, I'm still working on writing them. I like to write things that people can relate to. I love it so much when I write something and get comment from somebody telling me about their story. That's the best!
So yah...okay... that's about everything about me that's worth knowing. So leave me a comment and we'll chat. Meanwhile, here have some quotes...

Remember tonight for it is the beginning of always.
Dante
For a long time now I have tried simply to write the best I can. Sometimes I have good luck and write better than I can.
Ernest Hemingway
Let your religion be less of a theory and more of a love affair.
Gilbert K. Chesterton.
What seem our worst prayers may really be, in God's eyes, our best. Those, I mean, which are least supported by devotional feeling. For these may come from a deeper level than feeling. God sometimes seems to speak to us most intimately when he catches us, as it were, off our guard.
C. S. Lewis
No one ever told me that grief felt so like fear.
C. S. Lewis
In faith there is enough light for those who want to believe and enough shadows to blind those who don't.
Blaise Pascal
A Christian doesn't avoid the questions; a Christian embraces them. In fact, to truly pursue the living God, we have to see the need for questions.

Claide on July 25, 2006That's the only piece of literature I know him by (Look on my page underneat "influences" and you'll see). Everything else I know of him comes from his Nooman videos.

It's exciting though to hear that somebody enjoys Rob Bell (or for that matter even knows who he is) Did you read Velvet Elvis? -
Claide on July 25, 2006Rob Bell, G.K. Chesterton, C.S. Lewis... you've hit the most influential writers of my literary appetite (save Augustine maybe). You must be a fascinating person.
