She is falling a thousand miles an hour,
toward the depths of a nightmare,
better left forgotten,
a fight never worth being fought in.

Holding onto a tower of lies,
shameless nights,
filled with a lovers cries.
Regrets filled with emptyness,
for what she has done,
what she has been through,
what she has become.

Twilight

Twilight falls upon an untorn sky,
a heart beat races against the plea,
of anothers cry.
The moon shadows over the frost covered ground.
Nothing moves,
Nothing makes a sound.

Tears fall silently down,
Burning red cheeks,
as silently she quivers,
her heart he seeks.
Loneliness drowns a hollow chord,
a heart is cut,
by a lovers sword.

Inevitibly, inevitable,
he wishes to be,
promises,
swears,
life will only see,
in a glimpse of an Eternity.
