Time to update this page... looking back on it, everything's just a meaningless smattering of things. I am defined by the society I live in, I could not function freestanding. Just a cardboard cut out girl....

I've used Poets' Market and had little difficulty getting published, but It can sometimes be difficult. I haven't submitted poetry for publication in a while; I ought to do that more.

I'd say, work with Poets' Market, and build up a portfolio of your work so that you can eventually get a chapbook published. Your best bet for doing that, by the way, is to enter poetry contests run by colleges and universities. They will often offer chapbook publication as part of the winning award. Wishing you the best of success!
