Hello, for some strange reason you're here to read my poetry, or hear a bit about my extremely boring life, so here you go.
My name is Victoria, and I am fourteen. Music makes up the majority of my life. I listen to such awesome things as Disturbed, Tom Lehrer, Avenged Sevenfold (a little) Beethoven (my favorite composer) Breaking Benjamin, Rammstein, Evanescence, Papa Roach (also a little) Any and all of the Sweeney Todd and Corpse Bride sountracks, and other random stuff.
When I'm not being very entertained with that, I am playing the piano (horribly) but am quite beginning to enjoy myself with it, and may or may not be getting better.
I also write the poetry below, but am quite annoyed with a recent case of writers block that has refused to even momentarily subside since July 30th.
I love a lot of already written poetry, specifically The Lady of Shalott (Tennyson) The Raven (Edgar Allen Poe) and The cremation of Sam Mcgee (I forgot who that is by) I have nearly committed all three to memory. The Cremation is finished, but I have a little more to go on the other two. Very entertaining.
I suppose I have been through a few hard times, but certainly won't complain to you about it. I know everything could be much worse, and am thankful for my present situation.
I have recently acquired one member of an AP family.
Freaky yet awesome older sister:

Topnotchsy on August 31Hey, just wanted to say thanks for the comments on my poetry.
I see you posted your favorite bands above. While these may not be your style, Billy Joel and the band "Rush" both are pretty incredible when it comes to lyrics, and listening to them may provide some ideas for poems, and new ways of saying things to keep them interesting. Some incredible rhyming as well.
Best of luck with your writing!!
