Frankie Abernathy, the punk rock-adoring former "Real World: San Diego"
housemate whose struggle with cystic fibrosis helped to further raise national
awareness about the chronic lung disease, died Saturday evening in her mother
Abbie Hunter's Shorewood, Wisconsin, home. Abernathy was 25.

1 Everything has been better, with the changing of my antidepressants. They increased a couple of them and things seem like they are working. 2 Maybe there will be no more seeing things or hearing voices anymore... Today, at 5 am, my Aunt passed away. She had lung complications and then contracted pneumonia and she spent her last days in a hospice house. 1 She was the last sister my dad had, that was alive. Now, he has two brothers left, and I know it's really hard on him. This is the third sibling he lost. 2
