Social acceptability does not always equal the right thing to do.

 

If everyone is doing it then it can't be all that cool because, after all, everyone is doing it.

 

When life gives you lemons, make a pie--unless, of course, you hate lemons.  Then just throw the darn things away and forget about it.

 

I am a vegan and no, I will not just pick the meat out of it.

 

I love poetry, music, and people.

 

I refuse to write about myself in third person.

 

I have four cats.  One of them sleeps in a bowl on the coffee table.

 

My perspective is warped by the fumes from the oil fields in West Texas.

 

It took me a long time to learn that I am an expert on myself and I don't need someone to tell me what I want.

 

I received a sales call today that said most Americans do not have dental insurance because it is worthless, then they proceeded to try to sell me dental insurance.

 

Why do bill collectors bother to continually harrass people who do NOT owe them money?

 

Why do I say dumb things like, "I am my mother's daughter."  Who elses daughter would I be?

 

I hope that when I can afford $100 jeans, I buy $30 jeans instead and give the rest to someone who can't afford jeans at all.

 

Shall I mention, corporate America probably does not have my best interest at heart?

 

When you have no money to give, then give your time.  Chances are it is even more valuable.

 

When you make public or forum arguments concerning your maturity, it is a good idea to use spell check before you post.

 

Glen Beck is scary.

No, I do not want cheap pain pills or a larger penis and please, give that money that I mysteriously inherited from some relative that does not exist to charity.  I don't want it either.
