I fall to the floor
With my bones nearly broken,
And my daddy continues
With more bad words spoken.
"I'm sorry!", I scream
But its now much too late
His face has been twisted
Into unimaginable hate.
The hurt and the pain
Again and again.
Oh please God, have mercy!
Oh please let it end!
And he finally stops
And heads for the door,
While I lay there motionless
Sprawled on the floor.

Part of my story im working on, wrote it during studyhall and have to put it on here so i can get it when i get home...flash drive don't work here.
“Go, you’ll be fine.”
“How can you be so sure?” I ask, thinking about what he had said just before the others got here. About Hannah and how she and lycans both thirst for blood. I don’t want to hurt anyone.
“How can I not?” he asks rhetorically as he pushes a hair behind my ear, startling me slightly. “You’re too human to hurt anyone, trust me. Besides, Hannah and I will be watching. Now go, you only have a few more days as a human, enjoy every moment of it.”
I nod my head weakly before turning toward Enapay and Kanti. They’ve both climbed onto Nektosha, talking and waiting for me to join them.
“I need to find Elu.” I state, turning from them to the forest. I only hope she will not think of me as a predator. “Is Hannah coming with us?”
“No, I’ll meet up with you later, there are some things I need to discuss with Michael.” Hannah appears beside me with Elu slowly coming out of the forest a few yards behind her.
I nod as I click my tongue, calling Elu over. “I’ll see you later then.”
