I've arrived at the painful conclusion that my more recent poems are pure horse fodder.
What was I thinking?
The something that branches the heart or whatever?
Euck.
If I hadn't written them, I wouldn't touch them with a forty foot pole. Sadly, I did and so I am not afforded the luxury of being in the possession of a pole of any length.
But cross your fingers.
And your toes, for that matter.
I'm hoping for a demonic possession of some sort so I can get back to that decidedly darker stuff I used to write.
