I retired early from my working life. It was a Utopia I had always strove for but now that I am here, perhaps Utopia is not quite as Utopian as I imagined it to be. One of my passions is of course writing, be it a poem, song, story, novel or even an introduction to sales and management! Most of what I write is written as a song with music accompanying the lyrics you see. Hence what you read might have a slightly unusual feel for this site.
I have joined this site to read the works of my very favourite poet...LadyDementia. She writes from the heart and, for now, does not follow somebody else's rules. My aim is to contiue writing in this manner. Should I ever become published that would be fine. However my only aim here is for you to read my words and for you to give me feedback.
I have entered one competition with 'Scared of Being Alone Again' but I couldn't work out how my efforts had been judged. I have decided to post my efforts on my own page therefore and just hope that somebody might read them and give me feedback. I can ask for no more.
