My name's Adelia, but you can call me Addie or Addi. Either spelling works. I like writing poems, but I also write stories. Some of my friends are better writers than me, some by a lot, but I'm workin on it! I love cats and my favorite color is green. I like a lot of music, hip hop, 'pop', and some country and a couple rap songs. From all my friends I've been introduced to a lot of different music tastes. So, yeah. When you read my poems on here, always look at the date it was written. I don't usually write my poems right on this site. I write them on paper, then put that in my poetry binder, then months later, I will type it up, and months after that I will post it. Most of the time I will do this, except for a couple contest poems. This ends up confusing people that actually know me. Sometimes I have a had time getting people to realize that I can write from other peoples' point of view (mostly my parents). But I actually can, and it's not that hard. My poet friends can too. We all have really good poems written in the first person that are about things I doubt any of us have experienced personally. So, it is possible.

AmericanRedneckGirl - you are one of my bestest best friends. I love you always! You have some of the greatest poems in my opinion. I love being friends with you. Yeah, sure, we have our rough times, but we get through them and become stronger than before!! LYLAS!!!

MissStress - I just met you this year, so I don't know you too well. We had some issues a little while ago, but it's all ok now. I love bein' friends with you! You're an awesome person!
