I love Frank Sinatra and Marilyn Monroe.
I think that our youth is the only time in our life when we are truly inspired and openminded.
My boyfriend is the most generous, intelligent, and understanding man I know. He is my rock.
I recycle.
I love the color pink.
I hate conflict but I don't allow myself to be walked all over.
For once in my life I feel like I know who I am, and what I want.
I only write when I want to and I never try to force anything.
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and write 5 or 6 poems or just random thoughts...and then sometimes I won't write a thing for months. I don't think I have a particular style of writing, its just whatever seems right at the time. I don't edit very often, because sometimes it takes away from the beauty of what I was feeling at the moment I wrote it first. I will probably go back and revise some works eventually, but not for awhile. I am trying to tweak my writing here and there and learn more about poetry and style. I am an English major in hopes of teaching middle school but I also enjoy writing as well.
My true passion is reading, a good book is my weakness.
I love literature, and poetry, and music- Anything that makes feel.
"I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge -- myth is more potent than history -- dreams are more powerful than facts -- hope always triumphs over experience -- laughter is the cure for grief -- love is stronger than death." -Robert Fulghum
"Risk! Risk anything! Care no more for the opinions of others, for those voices. Do the hardest thing on earth for you. Act for yourself. Face the truth".-Katherine Mansfield
