Describe myself?

Ok well, i'm your typical blonde hair, blue eyed, and generally gullible girl. I love to write poems and listen to music.

To me, poetry is my life. For as long as i can remember i have always written poems as a way of expressing myself. From my weaknesses and strengths, to my loves and my loses, its where my poetry comes from.

As i see it, every poem is a story, only in a short form and more in-depth. And as far as i know, there is and always will be two sides to every story.

My story, mainly basis around my family and my friends. My friends are my world. Without them i really dont know what i would do. As for my family, i need them. They are what i wake up to every single day. Without any of these people in my life, i wouldn't be who i am today.
All of my inspiration comes from the people around me. When i write a poem, i never write it for myself, i always write it on experiences. To me, poetry is not a way of feeling sorry for yourself, it is rather a way of showing people a different side of you. I guess what i am trying to say is that there is more to life, and more to a person than you think.
When most people think poetry, they think sad, and heartbreak.. I'm not going to disagree, alot of my poems are on heartbreak. To me, losing someone is a way of life, and is an experience to learn from. We've all had our relationships that fell short of what we expected, and from those we have learned. We msut however remember that whenever a door is closed, one opens not to far away. We just have to open our eyes and see.
