I'm the type of person who rarely smiles and makes sarcastic jokes about everyone, including herself. I'm in the International Baccalaureate(IB)  program, and I like it for some unknown reason. I am often told that I look like I want to kill people, I don't but my mask has served me well....Besides this I am a feminist and very pro-choice. After all the people who get all upset about abortion have never been in that situation themselves....plus the senators and such who are pro-life..well they are generally men...and unless somehow they can get pregnant, then its none of their business. One of my habits is to keep up on the political side of things in both Canada and the US. I am extremely pessimistic, and consider myself agnostic, although I was baptized a Christian. If this offends you, I'm sorry, but I stand up for what I believe in, and practice what I preach. I am obsessed with Asian dramas despite being white, lol I even plan to major or minor in mandarin and/or linguistics in university XD. I like to write, but lately I have become a empty shell, the words don't flow anymore.....=o for essays or poetry.....I also like to read manga and fiction, for after all "I am only an egg" and I always want to "grok" more. TOK has permanently damaged my outlook on life, for now, even more then before I "question everything." I am also a person who you may find rather withdrawn, but if you really get to know me, I may come out somewhat. In friends, the qualities I value most are honesty, honour, uniqueness, humour and usually extrovertedness, so as to compensate for my lack of it. In the future, when I graduate from univerity, I plan to teach english in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong....or some Asian country, as I desire to experince life differently then here in cold asture North America.

My favorite type of music is metal, especially European metal. I also like some hard rock, techno, orchestral music and classical as well. My favorite bands are: In Extremo, Rammstein, Tanzwut, Disturbed, Leaves Eyes, Lacuna Coil, In Flames, Blackamoor's Night, Nightwish, some Nickleback, Hinder, Seether, Breaking Benjamen, Thy Majestie, Demon Hunter... lol and I love music in thai, mandarin, korean, japanese.....especially Rainie Yang, Sister Garden, Vic Zhou, Jay Chou, Ariel Lin, Aural Vampire, Da Endorphine.....oddly, I choose music for how the singers' voice is, its purity and how well it flows with the music.

I am the guy who came out to the entire school in his senior speech and got a standing ovation for his courage.

I am the mother who told her lesbian daughter to invite her girlfriend over for dinner.

I am the preacher who told my congregation that love, not hate, is the definition of a true follower of God.
I am the girl kicked out of her home because I confided in my mother that I am a lesbian.
I am the prostitute working the streets because nobody will hire a transsexual woman.
I am the sister who holds her gay brother tight through the painful, tear-filled nights.
We are the parents who buried our daughter long before her time.
I am the man who died alone in the hospital because they would not let my partner of twenty-seven years into the room.
I am the foster child who wakes up with nightmares of being taken away from the two fathers who are the only loving family I have ever had. I wish they could adopt me.
I am one of the lucky ones, I guess. I survived the attack that left me in a coma for three weeks, and in another year I will probably be able to walk again.
I am not one of the lucky ones. I killed myself just weeks before graduating high school. It was simply too much to bear.
We are the couple who had the realtor hang up on us when she found out we wanted to rent a one-bedroom for two men.

I am the father who has never hugged his son because I grew up afraid to show affection to other men.
I am the home-economics teacher who always wanted to teach gym until someone told me that only lesbians do that.
I am the man who died when the paramedics stopped treating me as soon as they realized I was transsexual.
I am the person who feels guilty because I think I could be a much better person if I didn't have to always deal with society hating me.
I am the man who stopped attending church, not because I don't believe, but because they closed their doors to my kind.
I am the person who has to hide what this world needs most, love.
I am making a difference. Hate will NOT win.
