Our mouths filled with dust, we kissed in the fields and under trees, screaming like dogs, bleeding dark into the leaves.It was empty on the edge of town but we knew everyone floated along the bottom of the river.     Hey thanks for the comment. AFI happens to be my fav. band and you are the only person so far thats caught on to them being the "idea" of the poem. Are you a member of 5th column?? All of your bands except like 2 happen to also be favorites of mine...hm and the AFI sproken poem is my favorite part of the whole album i kinda wish they had made the voices louder on it though. geeze you must be my twin!jk but anyways thanks a lot later.

    hell yes! the used and afi are two of my top 5 bands! actually i would consider them in the top 3. and i really like the darkness...nothing screams fun like uk rock. alright, enough of this...came here because of your user name and my love for AFI...now im gonna read some of your stuff.

    There is no such thing as "good poetry". If it comes from the heart and soul then it is good no matter what and dont let anyone tell you any different. Poetry all started...the whole idea was the express your self,feelings,and ideas/ideals. Dont let anyone b.s you about "form" and "rhythm". Songs need rhythm...not writting. So keep at it.
