Frogzter on October 19, 2006I love your page. I clicked here after looking at your contest on favorite holidays. I am glad I did! This background is simply fantastic! I also notice that we have some things in common. I too, love Nascar and (sorry) Junior #8 is my fav, although I am always thrilled to see Mark Martin do well. He has been a favorite for a very long time! I am also saved by grace and Baptist (Southern) by choice! Love football too but have to say "Roll Tide" mostly...lol College ball of course is my fav, but in the pro's I really like the Carolina Panthers as I am originally from S.C.... now living in Florida. I also like ECHL Hockey... the Pensacola Ice Pilots... ( we need HELP!) lol
Anyway, just thought I'd say hi and it's nice to see someone here with similar interest! Hope your day is blessed!

I thank you with all my heart and soul for your kind comments on my poem "My Three Wishes" Although this is true and is what I would do if only I had the funds to do so, I don't think that it is my best poem with regards to rhyming, flow, form or vocabulary. I just had to enter it for the contest, because, its truly what I would do if I were given three wishes. YOu are way to kind, lol, but thank you again. I've only been here on AP for three months, but I have met so many wonderful people and truly amazing poets. My AP family is ever-growing and I'd be honored to have you included. My poetry consists of different styles, and some might feel that certain ones are offensive. I do not intend to offend anyone, I only write what I feel. I've lived through some incredibly hard times so I express myself just as I felt at that moment. I've been trying many new things since joining AP, lately it's been flowing, or freestyling. My teenagers think that's "the bomb"!! LOL I look forward to reading through your work very soon. Again, thanks for your interest in my posts and I hope to chat with you very soon. Take Care!!
