    walkingstick98, You ask how I interpeted the target scripture for your entry My Gift Your GIft, this is what I see, To gain an ear of a great man, enemy or not you soften them up with gifts, possessions or just praise to gain an audience. The gifts mentioned seem to refer to those given to man by another man. The gifts Jacob sent ahead before coming face to face with his brother Easu comes to mind. I agree Spiritual gifts are a gift of God and should be exercised by those who recieve them but the target scripture seems to refer to men, not the Gifts of God. Just my perspective, I mean no offense, I liked your poem as written. Peace unto you brother, Dennis :^)
