ecrivain01 on January 2, 2005Everybody is strange and annoying at some time in their lives. I find the comments on here rather interesting, and there's nothing else to do since the poems are all in limbo somewhere. Happy New Year.

Ronan McDonald on November 25, 2004Oh, good, you live in England. mericans are OK and all, but when you asked about Ireland - well, I mean, I can tell you so much more. And I'm not anti-British, no one is, but I like to see England lose at sport, and I should tell you that 18 chinooks, 36 jeeps and 10 lorries all arrived within two miles of my house, courtesy of the army. Just thought that was relevant and all, I'm not being personal, I'm just justifying my membership of Sinn Féin. Anyway, like the author's page, keep counting those freckles. What place in England do you like in? I know most places there, I think, I live in Armagh.
PS - I love people that talk quietly. -
Kahlan4 on November 24, 2004Hey you, thanks for the comment
Things are all right, just going to school, doing lots of artwork, stuff like that. How about you?? -

squiddle999 on November 21, 2004Thanks, I know about the vitamin C, at the mo it's finding a substitute for orange juice (my main source) as my doctor won't let me have it any more :-( Oh well. I mentioned the stammer purely to vent as loads of people have been taking the piss recently. It's dying down though. Thanks for the last comment! Confidence boost or what!

Anemone on November 17, 2004I have a slight speak impediment, slight enought that most people just shrug it off as an accent. Judging by the background you choose, can I dare say I have found a fellow coffee-a-holic?
-
Burning Below Zero on November 17, 2004hey..thanks for the grammatical error check. I kinda rushed into that song due to inspiration, and the wording of it sounded good like that..but it was indeed gramatically incorrect. Just thought I'd say thank you.

squiddle999 on November 15, 2004It changes. Mainly it's warm and incorporates several of my best memories involving lakes, beaches, little windy streets, and fields. There are lots of trees and woodland and there are hardly any people there. You're more than welcome to visit if you like,

pathogen on November 14, 2004I find you pretty interesting. I actually read your entire author page, which is rare for me. I don't make friends easily, either... actually, I'm just now starting to make them here on allpoetry. Ok, well, now that I've commented, I guess I'll be going to read some of your work.

will o the wisp on November 11, 2004Hey, it's nice to meet up with someone from North East England - and to say "thanks" for sponsoring a great contest on Nostalgia. Don't worry about your speech impediments - I've known quite a few who have outgrown them, and we would never have known if you wouldn't have told us. You are a clever writer, and that's what is important for this site. Oh, I don't know if it is true or not, but I have read that people who bruise easily need more vitamin "C" - just a thought. As far as not being so "thin" - I hate thin - I love to see pleasantly plump, and in a recent survey, most guys prefer that over skinny!!! Let Madison Avenue put that in their pipe and smoke it!!! Anyway, nice to meet you, and hope you have a good day, freckles and all.

Pheobe-Fun on November 11, 2004Hi, thanks for the comment-Im sure your violin playing cant be that bad! I am also sure you cant be 100 years old as I hate to say it but I dont think your parents would be here to keep you stuck in the north east of england! I think you should put your real age, it gives the reader more understanding of the poems which, by the way, are very good! Pheobe x

M.J. on October 24, 2004Cool Alex and I think that you will like what you hear once you
get done raiding the attic and one of the best records they have ever done I think was the white album because some of their best music came off of that one, Abbey Road and Let It Be. -
squiddle999 on October 24, 2004Haven't heard much of the beatles, I played yesterday in string ensemble last year and I liked it. Will look out for some of their stuff though, I think my parents have some, will raid the attic!

M.J. on October 24, 2004You are quite welcome Alex and the thought that Freddie was going to die must have driven him crazy at times don t you think because it honestly would driven me insane too
Another favorite band of mine is The Beatles I think theyre awesome and I think that statement that John made about them being more popular than Jesus was meant as a joke and not to be taken seriously but I think it was taken way too seriously though dont you. -
squiddle999 on October 24, 2004The show must go on is good but not a favourite. Have you seen the video for I'm going slightly mad? It's really funny but it has deep undertones of sadness. Thanks for looking at my page,
