Euphoric Senryu on April 7, 2006Hey shadow!
Just dropping by to tell you that I changed my name from Gift-of-Magi to Euphoric Senryu. Why? Because I can. I just can't seem to stick to a name here...Anyway, I'm gonna check out the new poems you've written.
Edited on Apr 07, 8:01 p.m. because 'I'm weird'. -

officerhirgum on March 5, 2006Too bad I read your profile after posting a commment, so change that sir to a ma'am.
-
officerhirgum on March 5, 2006You sir, are FUCKING awesome.
I actually enjoyed that comment 15x more than any other comment. You know why, of course you do. Everyone writes full length comments, bs'ing here and there. OOOOH I LOVED THESE LINES. So they get +20~ characters in their comment, which leads to points. Yay points. But seriously, thank you for your honesty, friend. -

shadowfax22 on March 9, 2005I really wanna read these books. I'm excited about new fantasy stuff! I wish I had more time in my life. School and SATs are sooooooooooooooooooooooooo stressful. But anyways, I love Da Vinci code.!! Have you read any of his other books? I read them all but I like Davinci and Angels and Deamons the best. ALso a good book if ur into the scifi/fantasy stuff is among the hidden by Margret perterson haddix or haddix peterson, one way or the other. It's an excellent series, sorta reminds me of the giver and 1984 and all that. glad to share the literature love!!!

WindUpEnigma on March 7, 2005The Da Vinci Code was the best!! I don't normally do aught but scifi/fantasy, but THAT one...omg, that was such an awesome book! Of the Terry Goodkind books--Sword of Truth series--the best one was the 6th, but it's better to read them in order to get to know the characters and all...And as for Pern, well, yeah, they get old after a while, but there're a couple good ones...Masterharper of Pern was my fave, I think...Moreta was good, so was Nerilka's Story, and the first three two books I liked--Dragonquest and Dragonflight, I think they were. And Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles, of course! Forgot to mention those...The Vampire Lestat was the best, so far...
Sorry, I love my books, can spend hours talking about them, lol -
Two Pieces of Beard on March 7, 2005how do u know im ice dragon
-
shadowfax22 on March 7, 2005Thanks so much for your list of books! I'm excited! I wrote them all down, and if i ever finish the book I'm reading I'll be looking them up. I have read some of the Pern books, but I liked the 1st one the best, and was getting a little annoyed by the other ones. I'm on the last of the his dark materials series (which they are making a movie, yek) right now. I always eager for more fantasy or mystery. By the way, have you ever read the Da vinci code? awsome book! thanks for saying hi!!
-
WindUpEnigma on March 3, 2005As a favor to a fellow fantasy lover
, I'ma suggest some authors not on your list:
Terry Goodkind (sorta heavy going)
Terry Brooks--The Heritage series was best, I think
Mercedes Lackey--Heralds of Valdemar, at least look her up!
Anne Bishop--Black Jewels trilogy
R A Salvator--Crimson Shadow trilogy
Anne McCaffrey--Dragonriders of Pern, hell yeah!
Anyway, yeah, hi

bewareofcarrots on December 18, 2004Hey
I usually don't leave comments on author pages but I had to once I saw the following:
The Golden Compass
The Five People You Meet in Heaven (haven't read it yet but fell in love with Tuesdays with Morrie and want to read that one soon!)
Joseph
Les Miserables
Those are all on my list of likes, for sure. If you check out my profile sometime I'm a huge Broadway music fan and have quotes from some songs I was listening to tonight.. because yep, I'm just that cool. I'll check out your stuff sometime for sure.. maybe in the morning though it's past my bedtime

Akaelya on November 24, 2004The part that you don't get "I painted the ocean to my prison" ties in with the last line "My prison wasn't red, it's blue" Because the ocean is blue. So I painted my room blue, the color of the ocean. Thanks for commenting^.^

Tsurara on November 20, 2004No, sorry to you both, but Haldir is so much cooler than you. And Elladan and Elrohir.
