ummm...didn't realize I was on this name. This is also VioletTears. just to let you know...
  • MourningCloak on June 25, 2007
Seems the well of creative writing has gone barren for both of us, huh? I just can't seem to get the images I want to. It's so frustrating! And I refuse to start stealing images from myself! haha. Hope you're doing well.

I hope all of that stuff blows over. That really sucks. People can be so cruel and backstabbing. Betrayal...which I'm sure I spelled wrong, but never the less is a horrible feeling that just grips you and makes you feel like your in a egg scrambler. I'm glad things are getting better. Maybe you can take some of those things the those people said and turn them into poetry? There's this one girl at my school and she's an extremely jealous and selfish person. It made me sick today how horrible she is to other people. There's other people who are selfish as well and somehow it indirectly includes me in some way. Anyway...I wrote a poem that i have not posted about the emotions of jealous and selfishness. And I'm not sure if I even like it. I worked so hard on it to find the right words, but it's one of those things you love to hate-I'm proud of it, but I dislike it, but it's exactly what I feel. Does it make any sense? Maybe you could try that? I guess I'm done with my book lol.

Hey, what did you end up getting when you went shopping?
  • VioletTears on November 5, 2006
Well it has been awhile! I'm really busy...it seems like I say that an awful lot though. So I suppose at this time things have cooled down a bit. Marching Band is over, thankfully!! But now comes the solo competition stuff that keeps me stressed. On Nov. 18 I get to go see Trans-Siberian Orchestra (I'm sure I spelled that wrong but none the less am excited) I'm not writing as much as I'd like at all, but I am brain storming more images which is a start I suppose. Do you know what could be the source of your writer's block? Anything new for you? Hope to hear from you soon.
  • VioletTears on October 28, 2006
I'm not sure if I've ever told you this, but it's worth saying again. I truly love reading your poetry. You have such a personalized form of writing and I love reading it! Your titles always make me think about how it applies to the rest of the poem. I just thought I say that. Because I love going back and re-reading your poetry, and I get excited when you post new stuff. I hope you do soon.

  • magdelene on June 8, 2006
I am, first and foremost, a huge fan of your author's info.

((because it's true of me, but you said it first))
  • grannyeri on May 29, 2006
Wow, you've been a member for quite a while. Are you 16 now, or were you 16 in 2003? Your comments seem older than 16, or you are very mature for your age. Congratulations on the trophies you have won. Will check out some of your poetry too,

I'm good...Just the other day I was thinking I needed to get back in touch with you and other people around here and I thought , What better way to do it than have a contest where you were invited?

The contest date is not set in stone. I will be raising the end until I feel that everyone has gotten a proper chance to enter. Some people have already told me that they don't have as much time as they would hope of they are on different time zones , And that's fine...Just inform me around what date you think you might be able to enter and I'll make sure to surpass that date by a couple days or more.

    Anf you're welcome.

    - James

  • pathogen on April 10, 2006
Hey! I've been doing pretty well, how about yourself?

I'm not going to have much access to the net this week or next week. So I will try and enter if I have time. I'm very flattered by the invite, though, especially from someone whose work I respect as much as yours.

(Sorry, had to make this short--not supposed to be on.)
  • jaunty pill on April 7, 2006

Hello there. Recently I have decided to hold a
contest as an " Invite only ". I have been reading
your poems for quite awhile , As you know , And
I thought this would be a good way of getting to
know you better as a writer. I would very much
appreciate an entry. It will aid in the hope to
extend my commenting on other writers , Such
    as yourself.

    allpoetry.com/contest/1932350

    Thanks for your time .
    James

P.S. If you would not like your name
included on the contest list , Please IM me
and I'll remove it. I don't want to offend
anyone by this contest or make anyone
    uncomfortable.

How the hell have you been?

*laughs* the list of things you don't like!!! I like your page, pretty creative and unique. I know I'll like your poetry if I like your page this much!! I love: "I guess I just prefer to see the dark side of things. The glass is always half empty. And cracked. And I just cut my lip on it. And chipped a tooth." I love that. I just love your page period.
  • Zealous on January 29, 2006

sweet jesus... you remind me sooooooooo much of...me. it's positively creepy. other than the fact that you and I are of opposite gender, it's almost like looking int a mirror. damn. haven't read any of your poetry yet, but i think if you're as much like me as i currently see, i already know it. sorry that this is coming from a completely random person that has never even heard of you, but i read a comment you wrote recently on a poem. I thought that it was THE best comment there, and so here I am...
    once again, sorry.

  • pathogen on July 7, 2005
Heh, glad you enjoyed my page. Yeah, I get pretty ranty about the whole comment system sometimes. It's just that about 1/2 the comments I receive are those generic "OMG... this was soooo good!" ones, and it gets old.
Well, hope you enjoy my work. I'll probably skip on down to your page later today and read some of your stuff, too.
  • MySilentInsanity on July 7, 2005
Hey! I don't really know why, but i scrolled down on my homepage, saw you liked Nightwish and decided to check out your works. I just finished reading your home page, The Critiquing section I loved. People do need to actually make comments that help. Well, off to read a bit of your work. Just a random "Hey!". OK... i think i am finished... yep, yep I seem to be.
  • PromptBananaParty on June 26, 2005

noticed your comment. Sorry that I haven't been on in a while. I'm just busy with so much other stuff, and I haven't written any good poems in a long time. So I hope you have a nice day
  • pathogen on June 18, 2005
Thanks. ^.^ I didn't think I'd be able to pull it off, either, but I really liked the way it turned out. I redid my profile the day before yesterday, actually. I wanted it to sound more like me instead of being scattered and kinda bland. So I appreciate your compliment and am glad that you respect my beliefs. You're right; more people should be like that.
  • Dean on June 17, 2005
I just re-read your profile and that haircut looks cute on you!
I'd never be able to pull it off! I'm impressed at how strong willed and wholely you are, it comes off in your profile. I respect the statement you made about religioin, and more people should be like that.

The elitists is planning a new contest that will be taking place within the next month. We noticed your name on the post asking who wanted to be judges for contests and wanted to know if you have changed your name recently, so that we can update our list of judges on the elitists HQ authors page.

    Thank you,
    slaughter and jaunty pill
  • pathogen on May 24, 2005
    Like the new name.
It's good that you quit... one of my friends was bad into drugs last year, and it made things really rough for him.
The recent events... meaning your breakup? Yeah, that definitely doesn't help. I'm glad I had ahold of myself when my ex and I put eachother through a bunch of shit, otherwise I would've just lost it. He was the source of a lot of my negativity when we were still in contact with eachother and even half the time we were dating. Manipulative little heartworm, that's what he is.
    *clears throat*
Anyway... I'll talk to you later. If you wanna email me sometime my address is andithepoet@hotmail.com .
