    hey- i know how it feels being your own included therepist- i do it often for myself and my friends- they rely on me when they need help but when i need it i have to rely on myself which is really unfair but that is the way the world works i suppose. Well done i have read a few of your poems and their fantastic!! well done Lauren xxx

    I want to let you know we are all striving for perfection and I can let you know that it is not as hard as you think.

    When You ask Jesus in you heart and realize He died for you and came back after 3 days and arose again . I usely get up with the prayer of Jabez and ask the Lord: God everything I do, say, think, touch, or feel, let it all come from ou and let it all turn out ok. and just give our day up to Him.
    You know all will turn out okay as He will take care of it all.
    The greatest part is we know that even if all looks the worse - God's got it all and it will ALL TURN OUT FOR GOOD! Praise the Lord!

    It's simple, but strange.
    Some things in life just seem to
    disguise themselves until we take
    learn the rules. One of the simplest
    rules is that nothing, and that means
    nothing.. ever happens without a decision.
    When a decision gets made.. things happen.
    Like happiness - it's a decision. A choice.
    Why not make a decision that you don't have
    to be so unhappy, and decide to be happy ?
    You can't find anything, either, until you
    start looking for it. You'll never start
    looking unless you realize it's lost -
    then a decision is required - of course,
    if you don't decide, someone usually
    decides for you - and that is a bad chioce...

    your poetry is absolutely amazing, i relate to it so much. your on poem "in your daughters eyes" when you said about cutting in the shower, that absolutely amazed me.. i never if i was the only one who does that or not. just know your never alone, and i love your work.
