i appreciate your comment on my poem 'Lucid Contentions of Inspired Sacrifice' and the criticism. however.. the joke (although put aside) i do not find humorous. if someone happens to write a poem on their praise of whatever god or goddess they believe in, i do not judge by that simply because of my views. your time and energy is appreciated, as well as your opinion on my poetry, but your opinion on my opinion? i would appreciate it if those thoughts were kept to yourself. thank you, hope to see you around again

    infinity imposes ambiguity
    alleviating susceptibility to stagnate
    converting confusion
    into streams of useful consciousness
    the gentle hand of fate
    I drift towards this constellation
    interpreting the hieroglyphs
    you scrawled in my palm
    following the pulsing quasar
    the luminosity of your mind

'But you can never grow if you don't know you're small here and there.'

will grow weather small or large ... black white gray tints tones shades
    nothing can stop us/me
from Evolution in the shape of our
    mymarrow

the ignorant words of yOur wisdom
    stay~ have gone

    will go
    Undeniable
but the wisdom of my ignorance will go
    will stay_______Unstoppable

    chocolate custard
    slipping sweetly past my tongue
    your smile on my mind

had to express this thought or it may have invaded me and overthrown my concentration for the rest of the day

    Dead cats, dead rats
Can't see what they were at, all right
Dead cat in a top hat, wow
Sucking on the young man's blood
    Wishing he could come, yeah
    Sucking on the soldier's brain
Wishing it would be the same
    Dead cat, dead rat
Can't you see what they were at?
Fat cat in a top hat
    Thinks he's an aristocrat
Thinks he can kill and slaughter
Thinks he can shoot my daughter
    Yeah right! Oh yeah!
    Oh right! Yeeah!
    Dead cats, dead rats
    Think they're an aristocrat
    Crap, now that's crap!

Your writing really intrigues me. I've found what I've read to be very edgy and thought provoking. I try to look at something else each time I get a chance to pop in here. Thank you.

Shaitan: I love your writing. I'll probably continue giving advice. But you don't have to listen. I understand art as an artform. But you can never grow if you don't know you're small here and there.
  • neurosine on August 30, 2002
Sprocket. Let me know when you need servicing.
  • neurosine on August 30, 2002
Wingless butterfly...Read To Sail Beyond the Sunset. it's another really good write. maureen is there. The cat who walks through walls is also very good. Thanks for the comment. I grok it completely, though i am only an egg.

    good meetin ya, happy reading!
  • Sprocket on August 21, 2002
so what does a Sprocket have to do to get a bit of attention around here - I think I might need some oiling and a little tweaking to keep me in good running order - you know it's not like I am high maintenance or anything - just a bit of regular servicing to keep me fit and gliding smoothly for optimum performance ;)
  • Cecilia Rose on August 6, 2002
'TANSTAAFL' Robert A. Heinlein ' i didnt wuite get that one, only thing of his i ever read was stranger in a strange land, which was awesome,
  • scatcatblu on August 5, 2002
Hi *smiles softly and flutters my eyelids at you*

hey um in your above comment what's with the dead cat and am I the cat in question 'cause that doesn't sound very friendly and I might get mildy offended at the insinuations here :)

and I dunno about this threeway stalking thing - doesn't really have the clarity in it unless there was a lot of blood and screaming and psychological distress - that I might be able to get into - otherwise I was kinda hoping for more of a sensual teasing tempt me chase me watch you lick me kinda relationship here - but hey I am open to suggestions *wicked smile* :)

If I ever get to Australia Gecko, Scat and I could both stalk you for a bit. We'll call then hang up when you answer. We'll ask your friends if they've seen you around. We'll take pictures covertly, then send them to you in letters, asking how you could do that to us. Why didn't you invite us? The usual neurotic denials. Dead cats on your doorstep. (as a gift.) Pretend like we just happened to show up. Well. I'm volunteering Scat here without her express permission. Stalking's hard work you know. We're already stalking each other. Fixations are hard to segment, y'know. Obsession is often a singular, linear thing. But hey, if you can't be dynamic, you'll never get through even the most uncomplicated projects. (sorry...couldn't stop writing....(sound of screeching brakes.)

    Hi :)

I just wanted to extend an invitation to come be a part of the Allpoetry Survivor Challenge.
Its a great way to get your work read, as well as challenge yourself and push yourself to become
a stronger poet in the process. You will also get your work seen more, and meet a lot of new
people that you might not normally meet.

I would like to say its not really a contest, its more like a lot of people having fun
writing poetry, sometimes in styles they dont normally write, and discovering what they are
capable of. I am personally inviting you because I have read your work, and think you are
one who will do well through out the game.

If you are interested, please go to this link
    http://www.allpoetry.com/get.cgi?id=71215&l=m

IM me or email me at feelingloopy@hotmail.com with your answer, either way.
I do hope you join us, and come have some fun writing and role playing and having a good time
:) If you have questions, please let me know.

    Write ON
and PS.....this is generic, its the same on all peopls pages lol sorry for not being more
personal, but im lazy and too tired heh.

Nuero, thanks for your comment on my 'What a lovely perfection you're wearing.' When I wrote it, I had that uneasy feeling that I stole the metaphor .. or that it was somehow cliche .. but couldn't think of where ..

I am so pleased to have stumbled upon your work. Your insight into the human condition and all that makes us tick is mind blowing. Your combination of poetic sounding language and every-day-in-your-face-feck-off-sort of stuff is so well chosen. I'm definitely a fan. Will be adding you to my ever so short favourites list. Keep them coming!

in Australia (mate) treacle is actually like molasses - very thick, heavy and sweet syrup - produced from the sugar cane refining process - so I hope that broadens the imagination ;) xx
  • scatcatblu on April 12, 2002

I surely like your poetry. I'll get around to reading it all, in between all the other stuff I do (have my own business.. very time consuming) You have a lot of poems but I'll get to them all. I've enjoyed what I've read so far.
