-apparition- on October 17, 2004omg yes he is. i love how stupid he makes himself look when he blinks like crazy during his speeches and messes his words up. even if he HAD good ideas (which he doesnt) hed never be able to get his point across. he looks like he has a nervous twitch in addition to maintaining a solid IQ of 4.
