dittysri on May 15, 2004Hi Sara. Thanks for visiting and signing my guestbook. Actually I am old and retired now and have chosen writing for my avocation. I pretty much ran the gamut, pencil & ink drawings, watercolor & oil painting. I chose sign painting because in my youth the danger of rigging and painting up high paid more than studio work. The billboards measured 14 feet high by 48 feet long and were from 50 to 100 feet from the ground to the top. Being young and sort of a daredevil, I loved the challange and danger too. Some of my cartoons are posted in my list, "Helper" I have a couple pencil sketches as headings for poems too but can't remember which. I believe one of them is on poem "Daddy Do".
