I like your screen name. Have you ever read the madmame series by the black poet Langston Hughes? It is really funny. I read it in my English Literature class recently. I don't know about the writer you have listed here, Ms. Shange, but I do like the poem.

nightmare on September 18, 2003hey, just need to vent to someone... and no ones on. basicly... i finaly find this girl that ive fallin in love with....(off this site.... its good for something). now my dad is out of work, so we have no money... if he doesnt find a job...we have to move...out of state... the scars on my arms and wrists are growing... im not sure what to do... too much drama for a 14year old boy......

The photo is you, it is great! I love the poem that is displayed next to it. All your poetry rocks with a flavor to savor, and your word in rhyme should be heard all the time, go for the gusto, you know the flow.
