Hey how about you write more poems so i can get more inspirations for songs. right now i think i could do an entire set off ones you've 'helped' me with. how bout we play a game where i sing them and you guess where i got them?
  • Songbird22 on September 6, 2006
so how did your collection of poems come to be 'shilah?' all i could find is that it was native american for 'brother'... although aren't there languages for each tribe? by the way, i picked up a copy of 'sphere' and some of the stuff in there isn't worth the page space. although there are a couple stories that are really deep and moving. well, i'm taking up way too much space myself.

lol, well...I dont like depression and depressing people, but I dont find poe and king depressing. they are more of a thrill to me. a cast of suspension. a dynamic thrust into me that cant be taken out. you know? I guess "depression" really depends on who you are. I mean, I dont find what they write about depression, for example, death, memory, children lol.. you know what I mean? so yeah, there you go. thanks for asking! =)

Hi lunalover.... I just thought I'd come to your homepage ..partly because I've been trying over and over again to answer your IM regarding contest points and partly because by now I'm curious about you and your poetry

First of all.. to answer your question... when you judge your contest there will be a place to name the winner and the points are then automatically transfered to the winner. It's nice to also sene a message to the winner and the runners up to let them know personally What is the contest?..well guess I can look at your list and see... Let me know if you need additional help with anything

I also have a contest running.. it ends on October 31st. If you want to check it out, it's near the top of my poetry list on my author page, titled, 'Halloween'. I'd love for you to enter if you're interested.....

  • phatalvision on October 28, 2003
Thank you so much for choosing my poem in your contest. You had some good entries! I love your words above; especially "The rain is God's tears, the wind is his whispers," The whole thing is lovely, but this part caught my attention because I have a poem about God's tears called Staring Over and another called Whispers in the Wind.

Thank you for you comments. I appreciate them very much.

You've written so many poems! Most of them are very positive. Too often do you see people writing the same old sad teen poems. It's refreshing to see something bright instead of gloomy.

Hi Erin Rosalee I am the colloborator! on the contest "star at the end of the moon" where you have posted two delightful entries. Thanks for sharing them with us.And a few hours earlier (during your afternnon/evening hours I guess} me and Genie decided to change the title of the contest and made it a bit more general.I invite you to have a look and perhaps you would want to either add more entries (u can enter one more if you do wish so) or even write a couple of fresh poems letting your imagination run wild (that incidentally is the new title that we have thought up for the contest.lol).thought I would let you know. And good luck Erin
