I just read your page and wanted to say how brave I think you are. You did not say how you are today. If the illness is gone or not, but I will keep you in my prayers. You are an amazing and strong person to share everything you have been through with others. I am sure it will help those that are in the same position as yourself.

Yesterday I was reading the meaning of your nickname "little hug", the one you told me long ago and it brought back such sweet memories... I was thinking about the baby shower and your birthday party with Adam. . It was almost like a mini movie for me! I've missed out on so much by being away... I'm sorry.

I know it has been a VERY VERY long time and that I haven't been a good friend to you by being away and silent. The only excuse that I have is that my sons needed me... I stayed away from being online and any distractions so that I could focus on them. I even quit writing... sad, huh?

I hope you have been well. I hope that all your dreams have been coming true and that you have dreamed new things to fascinate you and those who love you... I pray that your heart has grown and that you have made your mark on all that you have touched, just as you touched my heart when I needed someone to make me smile.

I still have your beautiful drawings and read the few emails and poems that I still have of yours. I became a member at AP again today just to see how you are... I'm still reading through your news update above and hurting for you although I'm sure that is not what you'd want... I will pray for you.

Is Adam still playing football? How is Saoirse (not sure if I screwed up that spelling) and her son doing?
