    Dear Lady,
Your warm comment touched me so I thought to come along your page and know its creator a bit more. You have a lovely author page and hopefully I’ll read some poems from you

    Love,

I love your writings they inspire me to keep going ever when I feel I can't. You make happy poems too, I started writing when my best friend left me to get my anger and sadness out I shall try to do more happy poems. Maybe if you have time you could give me a few pointers out on my poems. Thanks alot...Hoekstra

Fairly new here, so welcome to AP. Glad you are getting your feet wet and have written some poem, and commented on others' writes. If you get the chance there are classes you can take to learn even more about poetry here.

Hello there! I don't think you sound like a dork by saying that at all! Hey, I'm 13 and I have no problem saying that I'm an avid reader, writer, drawer, and pretty much every other activity that everyone else my age calls dorky! I've got no problem saying it! Don't worry about it. Reading takes you where nothing else will. And writing lets you create your own places of adventure, and drawing lets you bring your newly written creations to life! I like the way you think!

Nice to find another Dean Koontz fan - I just started reading about my 35th by him - I am hopelessly addicted to his vision of hope and humanity. Thanks for the nice comment on my piece.
