it has been ages since I was last on this web site so I decided to pop in and say hi .
I never really write anymore and I recently got made redundent so I have been busy trying to find work and taking picture`s too.

I spend most of my spare time on Flickr.com or sometimes chatting to my family and Friends on facebook. anyways` I hope you and Grant are both doing alright ? and I shall catch up with you again soon.

I just wanted to let you know that my grandpa was in the hospital last week, but he is home now and doing well.

I could use a prayer. I have not been feeling well for months now, and the doctors don't know what is wrong. I was hospitalized back in September with vertigo. It was so bad that I could not even walk. Now I am having trouble breathing. I can't take a deep breath, and the simplest thing puts me out of breath. The whole thing has me very depressed.
