Sunkissed on May 19, 2004im bord. ur probably gonna get a dozen messages from me since u won't be back till friday. i forgot how 2 put smileys on. can u tell me? so ur name is karla. mine is amanda lynnette schebler. i personally love my middle name.where did u live before texas? i went from kansas to michigan to alaska to michigan again and then finally to here. im in the 7th grade. but in 2 weeks 7th grade is over!! yay! i can't wait! what city in texas do u live in. im in asheville. are u married at all or ever have been? of course im not but my parents are divorsed and weve been going through a sort of tough time since. what's weird is that my dad found a girlfriend within 2 months after the divorse. i have an older sister, rachel, who is 15 years old. she really does drive me insane most of the time but she is a little nice keyword: a lttle nice.lol. i have about oh, let's see, about 15 friends. i get almost straight a's which my parents don't like because last year i did get straight a's but 7th grade is HARD! lol what kind of writing do u do? fiction, non-fiction, fantasy, science fiction, realistic fiction, mystery, historical fiction, or do u do all of them. i know this is long but please just bare with me because i have been home by myself for about 4 to 5 hours now and it can get pretty boring staying home alone for that long. what's the worst/best that hs ever happened to u? my mom is 3 years younger than u and my dad is 2 years older than u. well g2g amanda

Dreamweaver on January 5, 2004My Dear Karla ...
God, (as we each understand Him), certainly works in mysterious ways. And I do agree with you, that with many souls God has an affinity that helps them with their pain and suffering through life. The relationship between My God, (as I understand Him), is a very personal thing. I am not one for blowing the religious trumpet or banging the religious drum. ...
Just me and God sitting in the corner, chatting, works wonders for me. ...
Take every care Dear Friend,
Sammy. -
symitar on September 22, 2003Hi, kjd, and welcome to All Poetry, I hope you enjoy this site as much as we all do! Please allow me to tell you a bit about our site.
Take time to check out the different kinds of membership, and see the differences between Uber and Preferred Membership. You have been given four (4) days Preferred Membership as a free trial, but don’t worry, after the trial period you will still be able to post your poetry. For help, our Moderators, (their names are highlighted in blue), will be able to help you, also Greeters (highlighted in green) or go to the ‘Help' tab for more information. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, just make contact and we will help you find your way around.
There is a monthly challenge you may enter as a newcomer to All Poetry. Click the Contests tab and look for the challenge headed for New Members only. You could win 300100 50 points by entering. For the month of September, this is the challenge link:
http://www.allpoetry.com/Contest/323496
For each poem you post please try to critique 4 other poems. This is a matter of courtesy, and you will find the more you critique, the more people will read your poetry.
This site does not only offer modern poetry, but as you find your way around you will find many interesting places to visit - ‘Old Poetry’, ‘Story Write’ – if you feel you have a story to share. Check out the Old Poetry monthly bulletin at http://andrewhide.bravepages.com/Bulletin.htm - it is very interesting and full of information. We also have ‘All Philosophy’ site, so please feel free to join in the discussions there. There are opportunities available where you can learn more about writing and improve your skills, too.
Promoting in the Chat Box is not necessary as we have a ‘Shameless Promotion Area’, as well as a ‘Featured’ area, where you can promote your work so others may see, read and enjoy.
This site continues to grow and prosper and I’m happy to be able to welcome you to be a part of it. Just relax and have fun, this is a great place to hang out!
