    Thanks for the comment on the poem I re-featured earlier, which I'm about to reply to. I've just read your page, and found it interesting. However, to turn a potentially negative perspective into a positive one, don't see writing as possibly another "obsession", but as "a path you're meant to wander", and explore it as far as you're able. If things are there in you, to be presented and released in writing, then let them be freed lol. It will serve you much better than being anxious as to whether it is healthy for you or not

    Wow! Your open and honest style is dynamic! I appreciate people with your candor and experience in life. The reason why is sometimes the most understanding people are the ones who have been through the most in life wouldn't you say so? You also mix that with an intellegent wit. I wouldn't mind speaking with you sometime. It just blows me away that your a mental health worker! One of my friends from Mich is a counselor in the mental health system...how ironic! Because I love your open expressive author page so much I may just redo mine Take Care!

    Sometimes in this life we walk, head hung low,
    Lost in emotions, no where to go.
    Then we come upon people who have been there,
    Lost in a world, where noone cares.
    I tried to end my life so many times, in the past you see,
    But for some unknown reason, He kept a hold of me.
    My life seems to be a waste, from day to day,
    Then you walk in, lift me with the words you say.
    But how do I know that you won't do me the same,
    Treat my feelings like its some kind of game?
    Been torn in so many ways,
    Lost in darkness, even today.
    Emotions cloud my vision, pain stabs my heart,
    But your willing to give me a new start.
    For your words has lifted, my sadness, my pain,
    Your love pours over me, like thunderous rain.
    For with His love, and yours too,
    Feelings of strength again, and pulling through.

    Well i use to live in Upstate Ny, In a little hick town called Wawarsing,NY closest I can remember is Kingston, New Paltz, I loved it there. I moved back ot texas in 89 where I been ever since I was suppose to go this summer to be with an old flame , wich had eneded a few moths back. So now im single again, raising my kids and writing on AP. meeting a lot of good people. Well enough about me before I get the stalking charecteristics lol. Love you John.
