  Hi Deb, I am not complaining about the lot life has dealt me, I'm still here, alive and kicking, being loved and loving someone so dear to my heart. I have friends around me, and even given the challenges I have been dealt, I'm still facing them all with a smile on my face and a poem in my heart.

  Nice meeting you as well.
  I think I read somewhere that you were in a cast and it was hard to type. I know all too well! LOL! One handed typing is awful to have to do, but I think I will be doing it for a while.
  I plan on getting back on a bike, but it will probably be 06 or 07 before I buy another one. It's hard enough going downstairs and not seeing my bike here!

  Grinning reading your page.. Several things in common.. First my son is named Tristen lol he is ten and spitting image of me (poor boy hates his freckles) Second I am in a sling right now cause I dislocated my shoulder. I only wish I could say I did it doing something cool like riding a Harley, but oh no I did it simply playing with my kids, fell and boom.. I go broke..   That is a good looking Granddaughter that you have there; take good care of her. I have two Granddaughters and two Grandsons as well. I love kids; I had three of my own--all grown now. That makes me feel old when I stop to think that the youngest one is 25. She says that I was old when she was born, but I was only 32 at the time. Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that she is a good looking girl. Of course, you already knew that. Still, Grandparents like knowing that other people notice.

  Hey Tex, long time no see. Thank you for the comments. It's really one of those poems that are hard to be clever with.
