My shrink always said there were two distinct phases to my personality, one or nurture and one of distruction but could never explain to me why distruction always wins! I was thinking about you the other day, once, you wrote something in Hawaiian that meant something like the frogs music at night before sleep, I wished I remembered it because it was beautiful.

    I remember hearing Jack Kerouac, but I cannot for the life of me remember whether it was at Cal or in hollywierd or USC. (yes I am old) He sounded like desert sand and rolling waves the way he’d carry a poem aloud – with the New England twang, a lot like my old man and just as hard. This poet has the such a similar flow, measured for impact and stand back from the rail if you do not want to get drenched with the overflow and impact of this powerful writer. Not many writers are destined to become noticed in their lifetimes, this writer cannot and will not be ignored.
