    Arty, you've outdone yourself again. You must be a visionary, truly. I'm not so sure just what either the large one or the more disctinct one depicts--looks like someone caged in an upstair room for the later. One image in the mosiac looks like the building at a corner of Pine Street in San Francisco where I lived a year in a ground floor apartment next to the garbage pickup point where I would wake to clanging cans and silent men grunting. I didn't even know how to get to the upper floors of that old building, just stairs to a closet where I shared a tub with someone else one level up. I never saw them, just the dirty ring in the tub.     Arty, you may not recall or know it, but the novel that T.S. Hoeft (hoeftra) is protagonist is called The End of Night. The overriding image and theme of the novel is light and how it cuts through the dark, the chaos, even the manic splendor of color, images, sounds, thoughts and static of the mind. So your graphics, each one in its own way, are perfect to depict that fact. Thank you, so much. hoeftra
