Awsome! Ya... there dosn't seem like there is to much to do in Joplin... LOL... Oh I know! Last night, the tornado sirens went off and I'm all "HOLY SHIT! WHAT DO WE DO!" Lol! Then they went off and I was like "WHAT DO WE DO!" lol. I'm such a spaz.... Ya, it seems nice here. We are moving from the very north of Illinois in St. Charles... Even tho I kind of hate that town, I'm gonna miss friends! I hope I can make sum here! We are probably moving this june, when skool gets out....
Thanks for responding! It helped a lot to know what MO is like!

Hey, Natalie! I absolutely love Missouri, but it can get REALLY humid sometimes. The weather sometimes is just so crazy and spontaneous, but I love it. I think Missouri is a great place to live. Where are you moving from? I live in Harrisburg. It's an hour or two away from Joplin. I've only been to Joplin a couple of times, but I have a friend who used to live there and has lots of family there. She seems to really like Joplin. When are you moving here?
    ~Natasha
  • BeautifullyBurned on April 10, 2005

P.s. UR NAMES NATASHA! Myn's Natalie! Ppl call me Natasha... sorry, over-reation of happiness! LOL! Cowinkydink

This poem was just inspired by Heart Storms by Lyrical Soul:

    The storm shall pass
    The rain will cease
    Somehow in mass
    You will find peace

    To plant the seed
    For it to yield
    All that you need
    Is a soil rich field

    Go forward straight
    Do ne'er look back
    Comes Heavens gate
    Where there's no lack

I hope it helps! God's Blessings to YOU!

Thank you for taking the time to comment on my poem and thank you for pointing out the capitalization mistake. I only found God in June with the help of a fellow poet. I still have so much to learn. Thank you and take care, Sandy

It's a song I wrote yesterday, and I'd like your opinion on it, I don't think anyone gets it, but the story in the author comments should give the notion as to what it's refering to, yet, I guess I still go way over everybody's heads sometimes... Anyways, I see your contest there, I'll try coming up with something for it before it ends...keep 'en, and 'en
    Take care...God Bless...

thank you for commenting on my piece but in a way you missed the point of the write. yes terrorists did make 911 occure but the ratio of death from that to the # of deaths from guns per year is in the ten thousands. also i dont believe there is a satan i've always thought that to be a very idiotic concept. also with all the beheadings, my dad gave a very good answer; they do it to try to scare us with brute force, if they really understood america they would know that it will just get us pissed off. although i apreciate and respect your opinion i felt i had to send you this as clarification. thanx again for the write.

hey thanks for your comments. I absolutely love VeggieTales myself. I'm 17 and I love them and I know I will continue to love them. They are great. My favorite Silly Song is His Cheeseburger and Larry's High Silk Hat. I also love the Salesmens Rap when they do their little thing. But thanks for sharing and for the comments.
  • dragonsteel on May 19, 2004
I love the homestar gang too! Go Strong Bad!
  • dragonsteel on May 19, 2004
hehe! What's your fav. Silly Songs with Larry...the part of the show where Larry comes out and sings a silly song.. I don't think I've met anyone of the age of 12 who actually has heard about Veggie Tales...or, maybe they don't want to admit to it...lol But my fav. Silly Song is Boys in the Sink..."Oh I need to tell you something! I ain't got a belly button!" So funny...I really liked your poem on Archibald...the poem itself reminded me of Veggie Tales...I thought it was great! Keep writing kiddo!

    -dragonsteel.

P.S. (Everyone I know says I'm as random as a bat too, and I'm still single...hm... and my friends think I'm insane too, but in a quiet sort of way...lol)

I wanted to thank you for your review on my poem. Im very glad that you enoyed it, I didnt know how it would come out because it was my first attempt at a love poem. Im glad you thought highly of it, it just kinda fell out of me.
  • phatalvision on January 18, 2004
Hi thanks for commenting on my poem. It is purely metaphorical. It is using the fruits, vine and wine to make a poetic comparison showing how our love has grown and ripened with time. I hope that makes sense.
