Beverlynohime : My Grandmother's Banana bread recipe on June 2In Large Bowl Combine:
2 cups sifted Flower
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
In Medium Bowl Combine:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar or 2 cups splenda ( splenda if diabetic or want to cut down on sugar)
2 eggs
3 cups mashed ripe Bananas ( the riper the sweeter the bread is, you want them as ripe as you can without being rotten!)
Optional ( but really makes it taste phenomenal):
Add 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
and or
1 pint fresh blueberries
Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 40-50 min.
This will make you two large loaves!

Hey Ian!!! Well I found your page, as if you couldnt tell... right now I just got up so I feel like shit and probably look like it to. Last night I got maybe 4 hours total of sleep. All because of a mix of 3 week old puppies crying and a 2 hour long lightening storm that made all the dogs start to bark... The joys of doggy ownership... anyways *Yawn* ima go and I hope to talk to you sometime today... It was so good to hear from you after all this time... You never cease to amaze me.

Gleto Orica on February 21, 2003Hello my friend-Freshman here/Gleto Orica-I just wanted to say hi...it's been a while since we've hung out...I'll be going back home in April...When you are feeling better and I have a day off of work we are going to have to get together. My experience in Florida would not have been anything as great as it was and is if we had not become friends...There is nothing I could say to you about yourself that you don't already know except maybe your a little too cocky at times(J.K.)Confidence is good, but any wayz I do want to say that you have a gift with words like no other and reading your poetry is like hearing a symphony of intricate melodies and is like being swept into an artist's painting of elaborate colors and textures not knowing where the picture ends or begins...it's like nothing that can be discribed by any one except your self...again I say you have such a gift...I thank you for listening to me ramble and sharing words of wisdom...thank you for being my friend...
