  Yes! it happens too often in my own family, having chidren, throwing them to anyone who will take them.. I have cousins with four to seven children. If they were the ones taking care of them they would have stopped at two. Sad for these children
  having to grow up knowing their mother didn't want them and only guessing who their father's might be.
