You live in Fort Worth? I live in Southlake! Fucking CRAZY!

I have no idea how I stumbled across you but I did and I thought I'd let you know I'm your sorta kind of neighbor. wow.

Hmm... seems I am too late to kill you....
when is the funeral? I want to crash it.

It is an honor and a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Hopkins.

I have posted one poem in response to the contest "Kill Earl Hopkins" or something to that effect. I hope it will not be too offensive to your sensibilities. Of course we're not talking American Psycho, but than again, I didn't want to trot out the same ol' same ol'.

I now steel myself for the implied criticisms or reviews, and assure you I will not take offense, nor cringe as you do your best, your worst, or anything in between.

    Aloha and good night.

Congratulations on the Gold Trophy and thank you for entering for my AP daughter's birthday
  • Edna Sweetlove on September 30, 2006
I loved your smelly American poem. Can you recommend any other funny ones? I once went to Fort Worth. Once was enough.
  • j-ay rose on June 18, 2006
    none of the above.

Whats a random hug? The image is hard in coming. Does the NWS track these things? Will we have to move to an emergency shelter?
  • j-ay rose on June 18, 2006
    and random hugs for you

I see I'm not the only one you pissed off, and considering your age in comparison to mine, its kind of sad that you deserve being told off by a teenager.

Perhaps I should apologize for my comments. I knew it was a song. But this song has little content in comparison with, say, Dragesta Din Tea or something of the like. Verbiage is what makes poetry, and music is it's stepchild. If you do not understand, I offer my dark-reads for your disapproval.

    EH.

BOING BOING BOING - well I did prewarn you

    When the Darkness does beckon
    I should like to contemplate
    The elements of Light.
Are you a soldier that will fight?
    What side do you tread
When your passions implore you to choose?
As for me, I only fear Hell's noose.

I don't really know...somehow I felt like writing this little thing after reading your main page. Only, your main page. Perhaps there is something though unidentified I find quite appealing about people who keep their privacy. I am of that ilk, too. But then, sometimes, in a fit of -youth-, I break my rules.

If, you, sir, call this tripe an effort, I am saddened.

And what EFFORT did you put in the comeback on my author page, all it proved was that you have no imagination and no will to succeed. If you want to play our little game of abuse, I think you should play with someone else closer to your intelligence, maybe a pre - schooler or a toddler if you are not intimidated by their poetry skill compared to your lack lustured EFFORTS.

The only cave I have been hiding in is your missus' gaping child - bearing Grand Canyon. Feel free to use that imagery.

Keep it up, Earl, you will have to improve at some stage.

    Blocked already??? How sad!! LOL

To anyone who needs to feel good about their sub-standard poetry, I reccomend to read Earl Hopkins. This is by far the biggest collection of crap on this site.

How the hell he won a gold trophy, I will never know. It must have been a pre school lymeric competition that he lied about his age, or somebody took pity on him.

His poetry of heartache sounds like a little girl with a scraped knee, his darkness is as scary as pixies sliding down rainbows, feel free to use that imagery in your next write.

Keep it up, Earl, you will have to improve at some stage, this is just getting old.

you might not sugarcoat anything to the person, but you've got to be smart enough and have enough common sense to know what you should say and what not to say.
