Rudy Ignatius on November 14, 2008I love the realistic quality of your poems, and I hope you've been enjoying your time on AP. It's nice to come across a fellow poet who shares similar views. After reading your profile, I had to share that I love your name. My younger brother's name is Tristin, and, being as we're so close, I promised him that if I ever have a child who is a girl, that I would gladly name her after him. "Trista" is a beautiful name, so I wouldn't have any qualms with it.
I will definitely be around to read more of your wonderful poetry. Thanks again for stopping and leaving a comment, too.

I love yoga
I lean pretty far to the left (though I'm not an extremist)
I always write to work my feelings out
I live with 3 other people, and all of us are 'tree huggers' 'peaceniks' ..and generally peace loving people.
We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, a ferret, and a very loud parrot
I hope you enjoy this site as much as I have come to. I've been here 7 years and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon

you had commented on my "god will wipe away the tears" poem...
well the line about a past that no one can take away or it was something like that...
no it just is referring to the fact that if you hurt someone by word and you feel mucho bad about it and u start to cry God will wipe away the tears.
