I really like your musings on your author's page. You have a distinct flavor to your commentary here. A poet should have something to say. Sometimes, I don't and am silent for days. Thank you for reading A Time to Remember. I'm looking forward to your writes. Karen

    Glad to see you back.

thank you very much for your kind comments on some of my poems and on my author page. i am back from vacation, and will shortly delve into some of your work (i'm at the office now so no time to read, just pop in here sometimes for a minute or 2). coincidentally, i have a poem called "from dusk till dawn". if you read the poem "someday", it may make the idea of his summer dream in "someday is now" (which is a sequel to "someday") a little clearer. thanks again for stopping by

You know, you have one of the most interesting author pages I have ever seen here.

Enjoy your poetry muchly, and thanks for stopping by my page.

Adore ee cummings indeed, he was from around my area, and no way could I ever write like him, I just enjoy his work...
Would love to see some of yours though....;)

All the best to you, and keep writing you don't post often enough...

    I hate to be she-who-supports-sloppy-sin,
but ain't never found anything wrong with a bottle or two of Wild Turkey on a Fri or Sat or Sun or Mon or whenever night ..
'specially if it helps you piss out that prose you call drunken contemplation ...

I'd be happy to see your calm confussion and raise it one fucked up ramblin,
    but,
    it's early Sat afternoon here
and I'm just about ready to take off for the weekend ..

    but,
    as I'm sipping scotch tonight,
I'll send you a thought or two ..
    maybe psychic banter works?

    have a good weekend, dusky.

LOL ... hey, I'm no Frued .. but ain't everything your mother or father in disguise??????

you are a superb poet .. I've read your others in my other mask .. get bored being the same person sometimes.

Was thinking reading this last one, you remind me a little of another excellent poet on this site, Mushika .. you may enjoy his stuff.

Thanks for stopping by my page, Dusk.

Don't worry about reading ALL of my poems, lol .. there are only a handful I take seriously myself ... quite a few just for fun, or just because I wanted to get something down. I do generally return comments on reads ... often just one or two, unless the poet really grabs my attention at the moment. Rarely do I read all of a poets work .. unless he/she is a particularly good poet (and something I'm in the mood for, too) .. and has very few poems. LOL .. there are a few really good poets here that I've barely touched. Would love to get your feedback on my stuff .. as the opportunity arises .. especially if you stumble on one of the poems I am proud of (I felt beautiful today is one of those) .. But you are new and have very few reads.

I recommend you explore the site some ... comment on a few people .. that will bring people back to your work. (Many poets return comments.) And it will be a pleasant suprise for those who follow you home. Nothing a feral poetic kitty likes more than lapping up new interesting words.

It would be nice to get you read more.

Dusktildawn, ... you sound like an interesting man .. I would think that from your poetry alone, but convinced of that from your paragraph above.

Just read all you have posted ...
    brilliant.

Welcome to AP .. in a BIG way.

Just received a postcard from my friend and he is in Melbourne, Australia. He says he travels about 60 miles to get to the tournament golf course. He is staying at a great Hilton hotel which he says is first-class. Hope to read more of your work in the near future. ***Ivy Rose
