we must be on the same brainwave,it's stormy here and my dad is trying to get me log off the internet,but i had to do just one more thing-check AP.oh how i remeber those days,too...i'll say hi to the captain for ya.i miss being as close to her as i used to be.she's gotten so busy.they built a new building,yes again.and this time it's 3 stories,and i have selah's class on the 3rd floor.eck.anyway,take care now,i'll be emailing you sometime.maybe send some pics,i look so different.

So you're still writing - ish. Good to see. You may have noticed I haven't put up anything for a while. Living mostly through other peoples' words at the moment, I guess, whast with the degree finals coming up and all. And I haven't completely ignored your commments and stuff on LJ, just don't have too much to say at the moment. My life is swinging between really great and hectic, so I don't put fingers to keypad too often. Anyway, there's no real point to this - just a hello. Hugs.

all is well.
house survived. we left pretty much for nothing. i mean something could have happened but it didn't so i'm greatful. came back and even my electricity was still on....go figure...i'm sure we did the right thing in leaving though...it's still irritating though..bleh.

*yawns*

just got off of work...its 5 till midnight here....is your family and whatnot ok? i saw that the hurricane kinda whipped through fla.

yeah i guess i'm ok. hurricane rita is going to blow straight through my neighborhood so we had a mandatory evac. me, val, and our roomie jacob all left tuesday at midnight to go to oklahoma (because there are no fucking hotel rooms in the whole state of tx) but we couldn't make it to oklahoma because it took fucking 13 hours just to get to the north side of houston. no gas stations we open and the ones that were open had ran out of gas...so all we had was a half a tank of gas so we just shacked up at a friends house in north houston....hope we're alright to.......figures....just got a brandnew townhouse and here it will probably flood and blow away.....how's that for karma.....well i do hope you're okay and that you get somewhere safe and that your family is ok....

Thanks for the comment...I wrote that one after watching a movie which affected me a lot. It had a character who eventually killed himself, and it was kind of graphic. Have you read the other poem that I entered? It's a little more current, and I enjoy the style much more.

Every encounter we have is meant to be, some short, some long
but learning and growing through them all. Sometimes it is for
"them" and not for us, a lesson they must learn to fulfill the
person they are suppose to be. This is where we go wrong sometimes
in assuming it is for us, our even our fault when it does go
sour, but some connections are only meant to be for the short
time and when we realise that, it makes it easier to move on...

Hey hun...Thanks for the read and comment. It won't do any
good to bookmark as I will more than likely be deleting it
in a few weeks, like I do all my stuff. So you might want
to save to your computer or print it out, as it will probably
be awhile before it actually hits "book form" and is on

Hey it's ok I enjoyed the poem... I would post something but all I got is this corny like lullaby song that I wrote a month earlier. I've been so busy my computer at home had caught a bad virus,and it's like dying then coming back to life,dying... etc. I'm at a friend house now. I couldnt stay away from here much more longer.

All habits take time to form and as such will take
time to break. We must break the patterns we are now doing.
Do the unexpected, for all things tend to get into a rut
if we keep doing the same thing as in past. Start small
maybe just a note in a lunchbox or slipped note into a coat pocket
where will be found after leaving for the day. Like all things
relationship take "work" to work out. We can change actions but
it does take effort. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day
and a habit takes a minimium of "30 days" to instill, so don't
give up the ship till the "full" trip has been traveled...
Problem aren't created in a day and so they can't be fixed
in one. Map out a course of action and then go with it, no
matter what his reaction is, stay will the program. Remember
that men like women need to feel they are special and number
one in your world. We are more alike than most care to admit.
It's a matter of how you make him feel when he is with you
that matters the most. Therein lies the key to change...

Thanks for the words. I hate him, so much. And I just dont want to try and put these feelings into words anymore, b/c it's impossible. He has no idea what he did to me, nor will he probably ever, and I just want to hit him so hard right in the face. But you are awesome too.
