DesolatELifE on December 1, 2008I'd also like to point out that the link to your 'sister' doesn't work very well at all. I realise that I should have said ''daughter'', not ''sister''. Fix the link! The one up there takes me to the AllPoetry homepage. When I went on http://allpoetry.com/pookieface, it redirected me to http://allpoetry.com/new%20moon, so maybe you should stick that up there for lazy people like me to click on if we choose to.
I'm sorry. I'm very bored and relatively miserable. I'm'a fix that though, but I shalln't promise that my comments will change. -
DesolatELifE on December 1, 2008I finished reading the part after the part that says you're as old as my favourite number (funny, that, how I describe you as the age of my favourite number, yet I'm only 18, so, while the number can be as old as it wants, my favourite number can't be older than me) and I noticed that you said you don't sleep much. I used to not sleep much. Only for a year or so. I'm okay now. There's no point or conclusion to this, but that's fine, isn't it?

DesolatELifE on December 1, 2008I'll tell you the truth: 48 is my favourite number. The only logical explanation for this is that my birthday is on June 48th. Knowing that this logic makes little sense, since the 48th of June is too rare, it's a pretty poor explanation. However, it's the best I can do, that's for sure.

I've been a few years here on and off... I get caught up in other pursuits and hobbies for longs spells, sometimes months at a time, and then find my way back here. Contests are fun to participate in and fun to hold. The nice thing about them is that you can get points, and with points you can either hold contests or feature your work in the box to the right. Something has changed lately... Not a lot of people are commenting on the FEATURED POEMS list very quickly. It used to be a featured item with 10 clicks would be clicked out within the hour. You get double points when you comment on one from the featured pile, so it really is worth your while to click there once in a while and comment. One of the advantages of putting your stuff in the featured pile is people will put you on their favorites as they get exposed to your poetry. Your favorites will (supposedly) visit you to see what you wrote and cross your palm with some clappies (points) and help you save up to feature your next item.
