Read Bud's Spiritual Journey the other day. Pat Sundstrom was my mother. The two of us began Our spiritual journey years before she passed away. Many hours on the phone sharing thoughts on intuition, coincidence, divine intervention. Read so many of the same books. She was always there for me as I went through personal crisis. She told me one day she felt as though I had become more than just a son to her, that I was an older spirit enlightening her and guiding her to a higher level of being. We both cried.

Anyway, your mention of her in your story took me back to a better time. Life on this Earth has become extremely lonely without her. One day I too may experience some message from her, as you did. Thank you so much.

Budlem, I have read some of your poems and they brought tears to my eyes. You are a very rare individual, one that reaches deep within the soul to find meaning and resolution in all that happens in life, when it is easier to just walk away and move on. I love Dean Knootz! (And of course Tolkien. Did you like the movies?)
I've read many Knootz books and am in the process of reading By The Light of The Moon which is rather intriguing. He definetely ranks as one of my favorite authors.
