Once those four days are up, don’t worry, you will still be able to post your work, and comment on other’s work as well, you just won’t have the perks that a membership provides to you.     Free members of AllPoetry get two “free posts” per day, then must comment 4 times for each item posted. Those items include: poems, stories, contest poems, and contests, but not lists.
