Take time to check out the different kinds of membership, and see the differences between Uber and Preferred Membership. You have been given four (4) days Preferred Membership as a free trial, but don’t worry, after the trial period you will still be able to post your poetry. For help, our Moderators, (their names are highlighted in blue), will be able to help you, also Greeters (highlighted in green) or go to the ‘Help' tab for more information. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, just make contact and we will help you find your way around.
There is a monthly challenge you may enter as a newcomer to All Poetry. Click the Contests tab and look for the challenge headed for New Members only. You could win 300100 50 points by entering. For the month of September, this is the challenge link:

For each poem you post please try to critique 4 other poems. This is a matter of courtesy, and you will find the more you critique, the more people will read your poetry.

Check out the Old Poetry monthly bulletin at http://andrewhide.bravepages.com/Bulletin.htm - it is very interesting and full of information. We also have ‘All Philosophy’ site, so please feel free to join in the discussions there. There are opportunities available where you can learn more about writing and improve your skills, too.
Promoting in the Chat Box is not necessary as we have a ‘Shameless Promotion Area’, as well as a ‘Featured’ area, where you can promote your work so others may see, read and enjoy.
