ma belle on August 9, 2006Thank you so much for critiquing, "Ambrosial Fire." It is such a delight to write about my flower maidens. My daughter afterwards bought me a vase of them (the brightest red) which I kept in my office for several days. I so enjoyed their beauty around me. It was so good hearing from you! Hugs

individuality on March 26, 2006i have a poem called india that i did awhile back though i am not indian - it was done for a contest
India
Hindi
Speaks out
Officially while
Religions
Rest wisely.
Mountains leap
Boundary
As plains
Largely cut
Ganges,
Brahmaputra,
Godavari.
Tropical climate
Swoons over
Economy:
Rice-cotton-tea
Timber is the cry
That sounds.
my take on india, as it was the topic of contest. -
