recently I've been thinking more and more about posting more of my old stuff. Somehow I think it's better than anything I can write at the moment. There's more feeling and emotion in them. Grrr @ my not being able to write any more.

I wanted to (it was a good concept for a contest), but the way my state of mind has been lately, I just couldn't write a love poem without it being sort of hurtful and really downbeat. I didn't want to enter a prewrite of here, or go through my notebooks and find something - I wanted to enter something fresh and original, but my silly brain just wouldn't co-operate! Bah! Maybe next time, though

InsaneAlice on July 16, 2004I like the new author page update - I've learnt loads more about you! I keep a diary too. I understand your not wanting to tell your parents what you write about - I think diary's are personal, somewhere you can let all your emotions and hopes and fears come out, and not have anyone moan or criticise them.
I also understand your love of music. God only knows what I'd do if I didn't have my music. I only got to Grade 9 in piano, so I envy you! I do hope to improve my playing one day...it's just getting the time! Good luck with your poetry readings - I bet that'd be amazing to witness.
I love reading your work. You're truly a talented person, so don't ever stop writing.

I thought it sounded wrong, I have to go back and think a little harder on it. It took me quite some time to write that one, but I didn't take much time to think over the title....anyhoo...I'm ranting. Sorry. Great poetry.
