the nice thing I like about contest...it brings me to peoples pages.....I dont always have time to read everyones poems...writings yet.....when I do...i discover new poets and the works they produce....shows light of who they are....and the things they feel.....and exibit much of their hearts and minds for all to see.....words.....are a picture...to the inner essence of ones persona.....we not always want to show it...but when we write....we give a little bit of who and what we are in the tapping of each word we pen.....I will ponder your pages....just the same...

Dear "Aslanlight," since I do genealogy and found some interesting connection with my inheritant line, I found your comment about being "a fellow Brits, Irish, Scottish or Welsh" rather interesting. In my research, I've discovered quite a few biblical characters that were also historical ones. One like: "Joseph of Arimathea" who gave Christ his tomb. He was later imprisoned and when released he took many of the believing saints with him to the Glastonbury Marshes, of the UK, where "to this day" the Holy Grail is associated with him. Anyway, this is my ancestor; and from your writings I "strongly suspect that you're of this line" also. Anyway, I'm putting you on my favorites, list, and I look forward to reading more of your anointed brilliance. Take care "special one."

Hi there, nice to see a fellow Brit on here, I love your work.
Your little boy in the photo looks a real bundle of fun! Well I live in Hull of all places, but I hale from Greater Manchester.

I've been writing poetry and fiction, since I was fifteen, I'm now 34 and still hacking away at the old stone block of life, that is the writing merry - go -round.

I'm currently working on getting my first poetry anthology published, it's a very up hill struggle, so I've joined up with a writer's agency.

Please feel free to read my work, and my older site too.

And I'll catch you later...I hope?

my favorite quote of yours (or rather, that you posted-it's actually Wilson Mizner's)-"If you steal from one another,it's plagiarism; if you steal from many it's research."

I like the quote because I'm a student and am bombarded with all of the plagarism stuff everytime i turn around.

Hey, I've had a wierd day, and night. God's been speaking to me alot lately. God's been putting alot in my heart, and I don't agree with his view on oldschool punk, but I do agree with an uprising. God needs to be put out there alot more. He is expressing what most now adays punks stand for in america.
