    I know today is Mothers Day, but this is a day that I do Not celebrate . I dont ask for gifts nor do I care to even mention this day to my mother or any other mother. Now please dont get me wrong I love every day that Christ allows me to see,But this is a day that is not for me. For this is the day that I think of all the mothers that have been beaten, murdered, raped,exploited, destroyed, belittled,and a hoist of other things that make me sick to my stomach. Of all things this has been done by the men,boyfriends, or husbands that should have loved them.The way I see this If you cant treat a mother like it is Mother's Day everyday. Then what is this day? I see a lot of people they,they, run off with there mothers to the beauty shop , Buy a beauty shop dress, Go to the nearest Luby's , then to top it off they find flower shop and get the biggest vase they can find and throw plants in them and give it to them and think that this is the day that all should be forgiven.Then what about the women that have been murdered by there husbands.Where is there mothers day? The children that are left behind. Then what about the woman that was beaten the day before Mothers Day? Then will be beaten the day after but she will be showerd with love from her husband,boyfriend,or whatever on this day cause it issss....Mothers Day. If it cant be Mothers Day every day then there should not be a Mothers Day. Everyday should be this day .
